The hot springs were perfect for relaxation. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean with a fabulous view. The breakfast had fresh coffee.

Spent the New Year's Eve in a beautiful place with amazing views of the surrounding green hills. the staff was friendly, and we got all the assistance we needed. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we could enjoy our stay there undisturbed. Plus, the hot water in the bath was perfect!
WiFi did not work well and the location was hard to find at first, but its secluded location is what makes this place a relaxing experience. the breakfast was okay, but not the best.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly. the beds were comfortable and the room was clean, tidy, and had a pleasant decor. the hot springs were a real highlight and very enjoyable, especially for kids, and the pools were spacious and clean. Fresh coffee was available at breakfast which satisfied my taste buds.
The information given about the room number was not accurate, which caused a bit of confusion and inconvenience.

The room was spacious and bed was quite comfortable. The hot springs were the best part of this place, especially during the winter. It was great being able to soak in the hot water and relax while enjoying the stunning views around us.
The place was extremely difficult to find and the Wi-Fi was non-existent. The breakfast was also very disappointing.
